Fred I'd use pirateship and the USPS option with tracking. Might help to disassemble it and make sure it's free of any fuel order. Large zip lock bag for the fount. The straight edged metal ruler I have looked flush all the way across by adding a washer to the valve.
Runs the same with the washer. Collar sets better on the lantern.
