An add ran (still runs?) a 220 and 200 with the caps swapped between them.
All I could do to not call and insist the caps be swapped back because it bugged me.
But it could have been a trap...

Could the vent be submerged sideways and still be able to use a salvaged grill rotisserie motor to keep it turning?

Neat model.

Maybe it was set on stones or gravel then turned with a twist of the handle to bring the pump towards the user , but who knows how the bottom was scratched up for sure.
