Here’s a great collector piece that’s part of Canadian history, it’s a river trail lantern which we’re sold exclusively through home hardware stores. This is the smaller 222 model and is the chrome plated, they made both a solid brass and chrome plated version. This one has never been lit, never fue...

I acquired another model 19 heater so selling this one from my collection and with cooler nights on their way I figured this is a great time to work on it and get it ready. This uses cf and isn’t the kerosene version. There is a chip on the top brown cover and there is paint flaking on the bottom ri...

This was set to go into my collection as it’s my moms bday lantern but I just found one in slightly better condition so going to let this one go. Looks right to me
Not sure if it’s correct but my cone was cut at the bottom of the opening for the air tubes so it simply slid over the tube, it wasn’t a round hole in the cone.
Congrats on the great find!

In the interest of downsizing I’ve decided to let this one go, I really like these older models as they’re so quiet and use less fuel. This one is dated 26\10 and appears to be all original. I really can’t make out the month but I can definitely make out that it’s from 45. The left side of the stamping is way too light. This 236 is dated 3/48 the tank is dent free and the nickle should clean up prettt nice, not too many scratches from what I can tell. The vent has chips but not too bad for a 236. I’m positive you can find a 335 and the next garage sale in your area, just ask if you don’t see one.Even if it’s not working they’re easy to get going. I’ve been going through my favourite era and realized I have a double of this one, so time to pass it along. It’s an seafoam tank and vent 242b dated C/42. Looks good bill, glad the parts were used instead of sitting in my parts rack.
I got the idea from Ling years ago and I use mine regularly.
I’ve never found a red 220 vent with holes from the factory but think Ago has come across a couple over the years.

This was an auction item that I only realized how cool it was after the auction. I knew it was cool as I’ve never seen a cdn presentation lantern from Coleman, typically they’re US models. Then it hit Arc pricing and I had to figure out why. Searched the name and it turned out to be Norm Coghlan who...
