Interesting dish, John. No only does it look real tasty, it can be used in various ways. One suggestion was in a tortilla as a taco. I’m thinking a meat pie might work as well. A couple pieces of dough with picadillo stuffed inside and baked in a Coleman oven.

The wife and I put found money in a jar every year and cash out on April 1st. The first year, about 12 years ago, we found around $50-$60. The yearly total has diminished to the point that we’re lucky to find $5 for the whole year. We figure people are carrying less coinage.

The western slope in Colorado is in a severe drought as are other western states. We were up in Wyoming last weekend and though the area we traveled through was still a bit green, I can tell things were starting to dry out. And like Timm said, it’s only the second week in June! Too hot, too soon!
