Clean up area good, I used denatured alcohol and rinsed tube a few times. When releasing the negative pressure, should hear a hiss if not aware.

I like the liner idea. I place the fount or tank with fuel cap tight in the freezer though to create a vacuum. No special tools required for my process. Just tricky keeping sealant away from the air stem.
