The clocking issue isn't an issue at all if you are using a sealant on the threads. I use regular non-hardening GasOila, some here use the red hardening version like the factory used, but any will allow you to clock it properly without over tightening and it is really handy on ones that have already...

Anyone know if the generator assembly fits an Optimus 1200? Most of those parts look identical to my Optimus and I could use the gen if it would fit. Does it pump and hold pressure? Not being a smart ass here, but with any schrader valve model I put a bit of fuel in them, pump them up, and then let them sit to see if any fuel leaks out the generator tip. That looks good, I've been curious to try it on a frame myself but the info I found shows it only good to under 500 degrees. I would love to know how yours holds up to a couple of firings! I not only soak valve assemblies and pricker controls with the packings in place in citric acid, I run them thru the ultrasonic in it as well and have not had one damaged yet- I've done around 50 now.

West Systems epoxy, probably G-Flex thin to allow for shock flex in use, I would expect the 105 to be overly ridgid and could create a hardspot at the repair. Their help line would tell you just what to use and how to do it right.

No such washer in the H, so your good. I have a 288 that was covere all around the rest as yours, but the inside bottom of the frame was covered as well- this was from fuel leaking out the generator due to the valve not being fully shut and it was stored with fuel in it.
