Re: Label ID?

No idea really, but...some companies would hand these out to employees to show their appreciation. Could have been anything.

Someone may have a near match to yours too.

Re: Under performing brassie?

You have that process DOWN Duane. Good work man.

I've been too hesitant to replace the entire wick before and just ran fuel/acetone mix and prayed, ha. It's worked for me, so far.

What the others said -if it won't run correctly with tightening up those areas, some muffler cement or a new part should work.

Re: QL327 pump?

Largely, yes the pumps can be used from gpa to gpa. Iron pump to stove pumps to lantern pumps. You may not want to lug around a Coleman Handy Gas Plant pump for the smaller gpa's tho.

Re: 295 duel fuel versus 290 powerhouse

Happy holidays Paul. I prefer the 290 mainly for it's leaner running than the 295, and I own both. I gave a VG 295 away to family as the 290 Powerhouse models are so flexible - which includes kero use as mentioned above. They are the best running two-mantle kero lanterns I own. I agree with others, ...

Re: 295-700T Dual Fuel Powerhouse Adjustable? & model # question

Variability of fuel/air is shared with the wire pricker.

A new Schrader and pricker (generator) should return all variable function.

Re: Fire Ball 400a

You might check the packing nut at the valve and the tip or orifice at the end of the gen to make sure BOTH are snugged up.

Loosen both 1/4 turn then tighten snuggly, test again.

Re: I got a parcel today...

A VERY special gift IMO Erwin.

To burn or not to burn is usually a touch choice for me as well. One exception: I bought a 1966 Sears 2-burner (Coleman) stove UNFIRED, light blue/mango. But I knew I wanted to run it with our vintage camper so it is my most used stove now.
