Shoot, just noticed the clocking is off! How much of a pain is it to adjust? Now that it works perfectly. I wouldn't mess with it. If it's overclocked, going further could crack the bung. The large orange flames can also be caused by an obstruction in the air tube that supplies air to the mixing chamber, usually a spiders web or other bug. Clean it with a frayed wire or pipe cleaner.

Have you actually seen a pic of the stove? Reason I ask is because some uninformed sellers may not know the difference between a propane regulator and a valve assembly on a white gas stove. I’ve seen it happen.

The one I have from 2018 does not have the origin on it. There is too much artwork for it to fit.
