Slightly off topic, but how can any 3rd party take money out of your bank account? The only way this happens (at least in Europe) is if you have a direct debit that you authorised. It varies. I used to get huge boxes that took 10 - 14 days from the PNW.
My last item took forever, and that was just one lamp. Posted 15 May, arrived 21 June.
So you're within the ballpark still. If you have a tracking ID then see if it's stuck in customs at this end.
