Re: 200A predecessor
There were some functional differences between the 200 and 200A, too. For one, in the 200, the venturi in the mixing tube (u-tube) was a separate piece instead of just necking down the u-tube in the 200A. The collar is nickel-plated brass for the 200s. Early 200As had painted steel (like the black-b...

I reckon that a manual Dvorak keyboard is pretty rare! QWERTY keyboards were invented to intentionally slow a typist down. Those old manual keyboards were very prone to jams if you type too fast. Bee's wax candles will probably fail you. They produce too much wax which will end up gumming up the works.
"Plumber's candles" or the Uco brand have high levels of steric acid, which causes them to burn hotter, brighter and produce less wax.

I made a pump from a beer-keg "party tap" into an external pump for a lamp. First thing you'll find is that it takes a LOT more force to get pressure from that large-diameter pump. Fewer strokes, but more effort.

Pi times radius squared gives you the area of the pump tube, so 1/2" X 3.1416 ^2=~2.5 in sq. Multiply that by the length of the tube and you'll have the volume of the tube in cubic inches. This is how much air you displace with each stroke.
