It has happened to me, also. It's a PITA sometimes.

As an Administrator or Moderator, every time we go the control panel, it asks us to log in to verify our identities. Seems if we logged onto the Forum, it knows who we are, but no.

Early 200/200A (1950 to 1953)vents have smaller bail holes than newer ones. The early vents don't "lock" into place, they can spin once placed on the burner frame.

Early vents won't fit on newer burner frames. Bail receivers are longer.

If it went to Canada with tracking, the buyer is up the creek for not receiving it. Once it got to his chosen destination (Canada) it ain't your problem.
