I don’t know if it’s a regional thing, but I see these all the time pretty cheap. Got one like this a few weeks ago for four bucks, has a few rust spots. I should probably list a couple of the spares I have.

If you search for air tank, not air compressor tank, you’ll find lots of options, I checked on Amazon and can many sizes. The only problem is they look to cost nearly the same as a newer oil less compressor.

A 609 was the first iron I saw that made me think “I should by a gpa iron”, then they multiplied from there!!! They just have a nicer sleeker design.
