Re: Sears Case Handle

Here are the Fender Handles I have. Probably to long as is. There is flat steel through the middle with bolt slots. 6-3/4" to the slot insides and 7-1/2" to the slot outside center to center. Could be shortened. If you want them maybe a trade for a pack of Silk Lites and postage? Gar Appreciate the...

Sears Case Handle

There was a thread about this a few years ago on the old forum, but I can't remember who was talking about it. I recently picked up a 2-piece metal case for a Sears single mantle in pretty rough shape, and the plastic handle is missing. Has anyone made a good replacement for one of these?

I had two of those drums at one point; sold one, kept the other. They do make a nice display piece. I love the CD/CP stuff, too. Both that I got were also empty; no tag stating where they'd come from.

I think they're gone now. I don't know why eBay doesn't suspend this person's account. Outside of violating eBay's terms, the seller doesn't even have the item. The photos and description have been copied and pasted from someone else's ended auction from a couple of months ago.

As others have said, Coleman has been phasing out a lot of their parts for several years. Office of Civil Defense. A small amount of 200s were hand engraved for use by the OCD during the Cold War, but it's doubtful that any of them were put to use.
