Paul, I'm fond of citric acid. You can purchase the granular form online, and it'll keep for years in a tightly sealed container. So safe, you can even eat it, but it's hard on the teeth...

Those lanterns appear to be pretty good; they probably won't take much at all. Some oil for the pump cup on the 200, and the Easi-Lite may need the O-ring kit (from OCP), and of course, mantle and globe. Nice gifts from your niece.
