Re: Fell Off the " Wagon"

Sorry that I don't have pictures anymore, but my very first jeep was a '59 CJ6. It had the 134ci. F head engine. It had 53,xxx miles on it. I can only guess why because it rode like a lumber wagon. I didn't drive it too often either. Man, was that a rough rider. It had 3 shifters inside. It had an a...

Re: No venturing out tomorrow ...

Not much snow here at all yet. It warmed up just above freezing a few days ago. Ruined the ice on the lakes. It rained a bit today and then it got cold again. Everything is an ice skating rink. I almost crashed a $300k motorhome just trying to move it to another lot at work. That could've been a bad...

My 2014 Malibu has no spare either. It has an inflator stuck inside of a block of Styrofoam in the spare tire well under the trunk floor. What good is an inflator in the event of a blow out? I asked about getting a spare for it, and the dealership parts guy said that it would be over $500.00. Not th...

Those are actually great little motors as long as you understand them. They are a direct drive motor meaning that there is no forward, neutral, or reverse. When the engine starts, the prop spins. To reverse, you spin the entire engine 180 degrees. The inside looks to be in great shape. For $60.00, t...

Steiner is a great company to buy from. If you don't want to go that route, look for commercial tire companies that are local to you. That's where I get my tractor tires. Most of mine are 38" rims.

The tubing only needs to be able reach the far end of the fuel tank from the fuel filler end. Anything longer than that is just a bonus.

Put a piece of tubing on the end of a turkey baster. Pur the tube to the bottom of the tank and suck the old fuel out. Rinse with new fuel and done.
