Those are shinier than any NOS ones I have found though a did buy a few of those from OCP a couple years back.
They seem to discolor differently than other NOS ones, they kind of "rainbow" discolor

Small fount lamps are easily overpowered by glass shades.
In your case that lamp came with a parchment shade and a 062 globe

it needs to be smoothe not an amateur spray bomb. Not so sure the USFS was professionally painted. Some that I have seen looked like they were painted with a brush. Cheap paint too. Dan I’ve only looked over a AGM version, all I know is poor rattle can finish would be horrific and easily spotted.
