Same gen as 201, Coleman had a little can with a s shaped tube for filling the cup with alcohol, through the larger hole in the base plate. Now, there is a plastic bottle for that purpose. Amish shops sell them, or on line.

I have used either viton o rings or a/c o rings for the pump and the fill cap seals. Just take it in to a auto parts store that sells loose out of a parts box. Cut a piece for the pip.

You have to go with when they made the series. So,46 would fit. My 49 has 49.

There is a little valve on the bottom of the pump(NRV) that may be leaking. I have also replaced the bigger pump seal on the pump itself with a viton O ring from the auto parts store on these. Search the site here for NRV for more info.

When cleaning the check valve some times I get away without removing them. Just spray carb cleaner in them. The cheep spray companies now only give you a very short straw, so with a heat gun (after several trys) I molded two together.

That Bung is originally soldered at the factory. Someone couldn't get the cap off and heated it. That doesn't get the cap off it just makes the bung spin in the tank. As I recall, The 413 stove Gen tip can be used on HGPs to run Kero. So, I think the Kero tips need to be larger then white gas ones. Use fine sand paper to make sure there is no burr on the wire tip. OCP has the HGP orifices for $4.

Take a HGP burner and put it in a 413 stove. You can certainly lift the barrel 6". There will be 100% improvement in the electrolytic action with heated solution.

They should be clocked straight and tight. I have heard mufflor mender is used in some situations. CQ parts are common, so you could switch them out.

Yes, two screens. Placed in a criss cross pattern. They have a little bit bigger size then the threads so the usually stick in the cap. Some times they are falling apart and brittle, so I have had them made from Stainless mesh.
