Searching eBay current and sold listings I see 2-83, 4-83, 6-83, 9-83 and 11-83. Models listed were 200A, 220K, CLX and CL2.

There may have been some propane jobs during the other months. Unfortunately base plates weren't stamped for every month of the year.

Just a follow up…

I bought the kit linked above and used the large o-ring from it to replace the one in my stove.

I’m back up and running with no more valve stem leaks.

Yes there is a "6" stamped into the tip.

Yep, 200/200A generator as Jim also mentioned. It would work on the 242-type white-gas lanterns as well.

That one is manual feed. There is a conveyor on the front there. It is folded under into a stowed position.

This is a Case brand, but it’s the same operation:

Nice thresher. That belongs in a museum!

That one is belt driven from a tractor’s flat-belt PTO wheel. It looks like the belt is rolled up on the reel just above the front left wheel.

The 220K. They come apart kinda like a 200A and have a separable burner assembly/burner frame, unlike the H & J models.

Mostly whatever I have depending on the grime: dish soap and water, Go-jo/Fast Orange, Lava soap, Sprayway, Barkeeper’s Friend, oven cleaner, lye bath in the ultra sonic cleaner, 4/0 steel wool, razor blades and fingernail scratching as needed.

No wax.

On the pump cap, my 12-‘21 639C has the same type. I was surprised that it wasn’t the big plastic one.

Yea, you can use lye (sodium hydroxide) to clean stainless steel cookware. Sodium hydroxide is an ingredient in most automatic dishwashing detergents. Generally, lye and aluminum are a no-no. As is your flesh, so be careful! Maybe I'm thinking about the use of stainless steel in electrolysis I think...

If you have the handle with four holes, this makes for the best option IMO:

The valve bung on the 290 series is larger than the 1/8" NPT of the 242/200 series valves. So, unfortunately not without modification/making a bushing.

There are large 220-size founts with 1/8" NPT threads. My Canadian 639 is. Hopefully other can chime in with more info on that.
