To access them you click on 'View more smilies' on the right side of the new post edit box you are typing into, up pops a window and you need to scroll trough as there are over 150!!!

When you click on one it will insert the emoji code in the text where the cursor is.

You can of course move it via cut/paste as usual if you missed the correct place.
