Seems that I'm right at the transition point from the tall vent to the shorter vent. Which one would be correct for this 1-63? Thanks very much!

Working on my 200A Birthday lantern, 6 - 63.

1. Is it a High Vent?

3 or 4 of 63 is when 200a went to low vents.

I have a mint 3/63 high vent.
I’ve been told by many that 3/63 was the last high vent.
