220B stamp meaning - FTB PL

Thank you for your help. I've got a 220B project going, and I've noticed the stamp (in photograph below) on the rim of the fount. What does "FTB PL" mean?

Someone just stamped the rim for identification. This was not done by Coleman. Govt. agencies did this all the time. Hard to tell what they would be. Hopefully someone will come along that may have one with the same stampings.

Most of my Bs I can't read the date but yesterday I flipped one over I couldn't read before. In the right light it popped right out 5 of 5.
I need to look them over again! Quite the surprise to me.

Wow! For The Best...Please Light. That really made me laugh out loud (LOL). That was pretty funny. Seems to be the best identification, though. I was thinking Firearms & Tobacco Bureau--Public Liaison. W Rusty Lane K9POW in eastern Tennessee
