Happy with small scores..
Had two Doctors appointments in the last two days so I managed to visit three thrift stores and three “flea markets “ in neighboring villages. Didn’t run across anything till the last stop that hasn’t produced squat in a long time and I almost skipped it. All total $12 plus tax.. the pump was 50% off for F&F and the vendor in that booth is a good friend. Guess I need to remind him of my interests!! I did spot the Aladdin #11 in really nice shape for $25 but obviously the wrong shade and I didn’t buy it because of the scarcity of mantles… still a good deal
hmmm…

Part of the fun of the hunt, is still finding nice pieces for reasonable prices! Nice.

Thanks Dean, the little pump was what tickled me the most. My daughter’s fiancé gave me a dual fuel stove and I got it running for him , gave it back and then regretted giving it back! So finding this one for $3.95 was a delight. I don’t know squat about the Aladdin # 11, do you? Is there a desirability about them? The burner looks so small and between missing a chimney and mantle is it really a deal or is it a project ? I’ve got more projects than I have time for now! I’m trying to empty a big barn and build stalls, put up acres of fence for three horses , fettle lamps- lanterns… do some flint knapping etc , etc etc! Oh, and prepare for a wedding on horseback in less than a month!

Nice finds. If and when Aladdin mantles are again in production, you'll need an adapter to use a current mantle on it. I wish I knew about these adapters before passing on an Aladdin I could probably have gotten for only a few dollars at an estate sale, since there was still no interest by the end of the last day.
Being a Model 11 dates your lamp 1922 to 1928.
