[QUOTE username=1hpycmpr userid=1923134 postid=1311023487]Nice light up! Never seen a 334 on a 139. I probably be firing up something later tonight.That’s a very late lamp, it’s a 152. TY
I just received this 139 from fellow forum member, went thru it, cleaned fuel system.... fired up bright & strong......didnt come with shade, remembered there was a shade upstairs in house here on the farm.....whlah .....it fit perfectly......i guess being 4th generation in the same house has its advantages.....lol....first lamp also, that might be a problem i think

Lately, my go to light up has been a Rayo. The fount's ugliness on this one is getting to me, so tonight may be the night it gets a citric acid bath to strip the nickel since it won't clean or polish up. I tried lye a few times and it only succeeded in making me choke from the fumes. It was found on a deck in the rain at an estate sale, and I believe this one sat outside for years. At least it runs great.

I'll be lighting something or other up when I get home in an hour or so. Probably a lamp and/or lantern, too!
Let's see... Snaggletooth is fueled up, and I haven't run my CQ in a while... better take a can of CF home.
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it. Walk a mile in a man's shoes before you criticize him--then you're a mile away, and he has no shoes. Texan's last words: "Y'all--hold my beer--I wanta' try sumptin'." Timm--Middle of nowhere, near the end of the road, Oregon.

My entire 228B collection is seen here. Working from home has allowed me to finalize these projects. During my breaks.

Great pictures, All! I sure enjoy seeing them so thanks for sharing! Decided to put some amber on the Pinkie, a 220BC, and my favorite blue 243A. Hope everyone is having a good evening.
Been feddling this off and on for a week! My only slant. Pretty much a FFR, tried to leave the patina on the Colac. Shes a runner! Needs a hat! TY Kevin

[QUOTE username=12057dave userid=7093249 postid=1311150448]I had my first official light up last night. Thanks all for sharing the great pictures. I really enjoy them. Nice lightup Dave AND EVERYONE! Keep em coming, I need a couple hours before I debut a recent feddle! TY K
Thanks Kevin. This forum really keeps me going. It’s amazing how a common interest brings so many folks together. Looking forward to pics of your new project.

Alrighty, it’s Saturday! Just finished this 5/24 327. Unfortunately I left my generator stash at work along with the mica. The Q99 is from the parts pile and this is seriously over driving the 21 silkies? She’s a runner! TY Be safe! Kevin
My most resent light was 8pm, Thursday night. We live in a remote location, so though light rather than sound was the best way to show our support for key workers.
[QUOTE username=Whitegas Extraordinaire userid=5730955 postid=1311154132]Well now! The discoloration is on some new NP burner tubes from OCP! Here it is with a Fred mica. The over burn was from to much pressure. Real nice runner. TY K
Alex. Looks like you have some great runners there. I wish I could identify lanterns like the guys here on the forum. Very nice. Kevin. Nice money shot on the new project. I’m telling you all, I could throw all my books away and read this forum and it would keep me busy for a very long time. Thanks all?.

Bumping this as I am running the slant lamp with a Kevin mix of old CF, Older Kero and fresh CF. Why not plug up a nice lamp with the absolutely incorrect fuel while running an iron generator with a lamp tip! TY Kevin
