I haven’t dug into it yet but unlike the other converted Rayo’s here the switch is on the cord. A wise shade guru taught me the wonders of converted lamps and their significance to the progression of lighting history.
This will probably stay electrified. It’s a great way to display shades and the nice thing is they don’t get hot.

The general area this came from has an abundance of nice glass. Since mid 2020 it has produced at least 10 early shades. It’s interesting that when you travel 20 miles south things dry up. The Coleman dealers did a good job in that area, which to me is surprising as based on the infrastructure, they should have been electrified early.

The 329 is real nice but one doesn’t see a whole lot of red shades, Kevin. I agree keeping it corded. It’s a great way to show off some nice glass shades and not have to worry. Great score!

How do you recoat them without the required orange peel ?

Well Kevin the 306 finally made it safe and sound, so of course I had to throw some heat at it. Also did some piddling on a couple 427s today so they had to make some light also.

There was one semi local over the summer with three burners on it, kinda looked like an upside stool attached to the fount. I passed and it sold on the bay for 3x. Nice burner!
