I've been toying with the idea of an early car for a while and have wanted something a bit bigger than a Ford A or T. Something unusual and cool. My picker buddy came up with this and I was sold. 1927 Willys-Knight. Nice big car with the Knight sleeve valve engine. It drove off the trailer and up the driveway under its own power. This is going to be fun. E.
That's cool! Keep us updated with pictures regularly.

That's going to be one heck of a fettle! I hope you can find some of the parts... that headlight nacelle looks unique.
I'm trying to imaging pulling up to a yard sale in that, fully restored, and trying to haggle over price on a lantern....
It's priceless until someone puts a price on it. Walk a mile in a man's shoes before you criticize him--then you're a mile away, and he has no shoes. Texan's last words: "Y'all--hold my beer--I wanta' try sumptin'." Timm--Middle of nowhere, near the end of the road, Oregon.
Enjoy the ride. That looks like a beautiful undertaking.I'm glad you have the space and means you pursue this.i can't even convince the SO of a 70 C' deville...

Is it a 4-cylinder or a 6 cylinder and is it electric start or hand crank? just curious cool ride.

Pretty fair looking car ,some of the most unique headlight and rad shroud designs of their day. It will be fun. A neighbor had one under a spruce tree back in the '60s. Us kids used to play in it.

That will be a fun car for sure. Watched the engine in The link and holy cow my mind is blown . I am always amazed at some of the old engine designs. Some are quite clever.

It is a odd duck for sure. It is a 6 cylinder either 236 or 255 cubic inch. Electric start with a provision for a hand crank. It isn't chopped, it has a really cool dark green glass sunshade that is down. I luckily have the other headlight pod but both are missing the trim rings, reflectors, and sockets. It will probably get reproduction model A lights in the interim. I really don't plan on a full restoration just a good mechanical going over, toss a new reproduction wiring harness in, reupholster the seats and drive it. It has been a lot of fun so far. E.
