My turn! Guess what’s in the box!?

#1

Post by Jeepstircrazy »

Saw this on CL Saturday morning early. Emailed seller having the yard sale to see what the price was for this “ NIB” lantern. Had better than two hours to drive the 70 minutes to be there before the sale started but s-it happens! So I emailed again later ( knowing that some lucky SOB got it) to ask for an email if for some reason it didn’t sell. Picked it up last night😁 Wooo Hoo! I’m the lucky SOB!!

What's the lowest you'll take for this lantern?

Today is a gift, that's why they call it the present.

( Thanks for that one Uncle Sidney!) :D

And oh... I don't flip GPA's... I have gifted several though. :D

Well it wasn’t this one that I also picked up with it cause it’s in good shape, had a safe with 2.5 bags of silk lights, a generator and a vent screw...(gave the safe to my daughter’s BF). It looks like it was used maybe once...

The Milspec has never been fired . It does have an unburnt mantle tied on... don't know if that was how they all came or did in 1985... The 220H looks as though it was fired once. The 10/70 NOS fount for a 220 /228 ( not pictured) came yesterday (Epay Purchase) and I'm going to build the wife's Bday lantern from that base. I have a 71 220 that looks almost unfired . I think it's gonna turn into a 72. This 220K is a 73 and has a different F/A set up as you know. I meant to say I was Lucky , but NOT as lucky as Levi!!
