Thanks Ernie ,
I had to get on board, I need more mentions of "Memberships of Professional Bodies" to list after my name.
Maybe we could start up an "International Nova Scotian Brotherhood of the Red Coleman 335's" or a "Coleman striped bass syndicate"!

Yep. Works well but it is quite a bit louder than my 621B. Someone on the forum put it nicely once, the 621B is a very polite lantern. I have to agree.

Found a #331 at a thrift store for $3.00. Stuck on a globe from another lantern and it fired right up. I'll leave this globe on and use it. We're off to the mountains in the morning. (sorry, can't figure out why some pics land sideways)#331 restored.jpg

Jay, you are #46. You've got a no. 4 globe on there, which might overheat and get scorch marks. You need the proper tapered globe for that lantern, though I forget the number right now.

Sorry Angus, been vacationing and not paying too much attention to the computer. I appreciate the tip on the globe as I'm still learning lots about Coleman product. I fired it up just to see how well it worked however I won't run it until I find the proper globe.
